Privacy Policy

Chess Loop: Pixel Defense

Effective date: 2026-09-22

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Chess Loop: Pixel Defense Android app and this policy page. The app is intended for people aged 18 or older. It does not provide registration, login, date-of-birth collection or age verification. Its target audience setting does not mean that a player's age has been verified.

2. Game information on your device

Progress, pieces, research, points, settings, run history, daily rewards and ad-frequency records are stored on your device to support saved runs and prevent duplicate rewards. There is no game account or operator-run game-save server. The app does not upload this local save file to our own server. Operating-system backup and device-transfer services may separately handle it according to your system settings and the provider's policies.

3. Advertising and consent

The app includes Google AdMob's Google Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform (UMP). For ad delivery and measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention, Google may process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device identifiers such as advertising IDs and app set IDs, interactions such as launches, taps and ad views, performance and error information, and consent choices. Actual processing depends on region, consent, ad settings and SDK behavior. We do not separately supply a game-account name, email address or phone number to the ad SDK. An interstitial may appear when moving from a result screen to the next run.

4. Purposes and external providers

Local records support gameplay, recovery and reward management. Google and partners involved in serving ads process advertising information for delivery, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention. If you contact us, we use your email address, message and attachments to reply and resolve the issue. Advertising, email and hosting providers may process information in countries where they operate, including outside your country of residence and in the United States. See Google's official privacy policy below for its processing and international-transfer information.

5. Choices and rights

Where required, Google's consent message requests your choices. When a privacy-options entry point is required, Ad privacy settings is available on the app's Supplies screen. You can also manage advertising-ID choices in Android settings. Declining or changing consent does not remove base game rewards you have already earned. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of advertising-related sale or sharing. Contact the email below about inquiry information held by us. For advertising data held by Google, also use Google's privacy tools. We may request the minimum verification needed to handle your request. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority under applicable law.

6. Retention and deletion

Local records remain while app data is retained. Clearing storage in Android's app settings resets progress on that device and cannot be undone. Uninstall and backup-restore behavior may depend on your operating-system settings; check backups separately. With no game account, we cannot remotely identify and erase a particular device's save. We retain support correspondence while needed to address your inquiry and related issues, then delete it when no longer needed, subject to applicable legal duties or necessary dispute handling. Retention and deletion of information processed by Google follow Google's policies and your settings.

7. Security and this website

Access is limited to work-related needs and we use security features provided by service providers. No storage or transmission method is guaranteed completely secure. This policy page contains no added advertising, analytics scripts or login. Its hosting provider may nevertheless process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to deliver and secure the page.

8. Changes and contact

We update this policy and its effective date when features or data practices change. Where required, significant changes are communicated in the app or by another appropriate means. Send privacy questions or requests to the contact below. Do not include passwords, government identification numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
